BlueVoyant — Building and Leading a Global Cyber Intelligence Operation
At BlueVoyant, I joined as the leader of the Cyber Threat Intelligence team — a global group protecting Fortune 500 and other major organizations against rapidly evolving adversaries. As our services gained traction, the mission scaled, and so did the team: from a single team into a 4-team division of 25 analysts specializing in perimeter security, brand protection, malware analysis, and cybercrime intelligence.

- Built the teams from the ground up — recruitment, training, ongoing development
- Defined strategy, KPIs, and business goals to align intelligence with measurable outcomes
- Collaborated closely with R&D to design and develop internal and external tooling
- Met with global customers, gathered their evolving needs, and transformed them into service offerings
- Innovated new cyber intelligence services that increased customer satisfaction and opened new revenue channels
- Coordinated with internal stakeholders to enhance and expand BlueVoyant's overall cybersecurity portfolio
